For all customers who have valid service contracts, WITEC’s Technical Assistance Center (TAC) provides around-the-clock, technical support services, online and over the phone.
Shall you require online web support, please notice that we have developed a Ticket Management System (TMS) as part of our Online Service Tools, which, in addition to allow you to request online technical support, will allow us to deliver proper response times, and customer support management.
